Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Countries, methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. We will notify you of unforeseen delays. For consumers, risk passes only on physical receipt, subject to statutory exceptions. Inspect the parcel, photograph visible damage and notify us promptly.

14-day withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, except for statutory exclusions. Time runs from receipt, or receipt of the last item where an order is split. Before the deadline, email info@igripstud.eu with your name, order number, goods, quantity and contact details. No reason is required.

Returns

Send goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notice. Ask us for the current return address first. You pay direct return costs for a change of mind unless agreed or required otherwise. Inspect goods only as in a shop; you are responsible for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

Screw-in studs

Check model, size and depth before installation. Installation may leave marks. A refund for installed or used studs may be reduced by lost value, up to the full price if commercial value is entirely lost and law permits. Opening packaging alone does not remove withdrawal rights. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Within 14 days of valid notice we refund all payments, including our cheapest standard delivery cost. Extra cost for a more expensive option is excluded. We may wait for the goods or proof of dispatch. The original payment method is used unless otherwise agreed at no cost.

Faulty goods

Email info@igripstud.eu with the order number, description and photos where possible. All mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
